Choosing the right size is key to a comfortable, supportive fit. Our designs are adjustable, so each size covers a range of measurements.
How to measure your pup
1- Chest/Girth: Wrap the tape around the widest part just behind the front legs.
2- Neck: Measure where the collar sits, at the base of the neck.
3- Ease: Leave two fingers between the tape and the body.
4- Posture: Measure standing, no clothing, and without pulling the tape tight.
If you’re between sizes
When a measurement lands between two sizes, choose the larger one. It’s safer to tighten than to run small.
For puppies or small dogs who will grow, pick a size with some room so you can extend its use.
Real example: Coffee
Coffee weighs ~7 kg and wears XS or S depending on the adjustment. Because our harnesses are adjustable, both sizes adapt to his body without losing comfort or support.
Fit tips
Two-finger rule: You should comfortably slide two fingers between the harness and the body.
Make sure the harness doesn’t restrict shoulder movement and doesn’t rub under the armpits or at the neck.
Recheck the fit after the first walks—straps can settle and may need a tiny tweak.
Optional, temporary tip
If the harness feels slightly loose at first, you can use a thin sweater for a few days to help the fit. Avoid heat, folds, or any rubbing. This is temporary—the right fix is adjusting the straps well or moving up a size when needed.
Quick checklist before you buy
Tape is level and straight (not diagonal).
Don’t measure over another harness or coat.
Take each measurement twice; if they differ, use the larger one.
If your pup is growing, consider the size up.
